Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup coconut milk, light
or full fat
1/8 cup cashews
1/8 cup flax seeds
1 tablespoon dates or to
taste
1/16 teaspoon salt
1 cup ice
Directions:
1.
Combine all ingredients in a
blender and blend until smooth.
Tip:
If available, replace 1/2
of the pineapple with fresh guava for even
more vitamin C!
