Are the new vegans experiencing the huge 2020 changes?

If you are new to veganism or vegetarian diets you will sure see the changes, plus can all changes help!

I was born vegan lactose intolerant and had a difficult time in Brazil, but when visiting Brazil this 2019 I felt like watching a whole new world. A new world like the one here in the USA: A Happy New Vegan World!!!

There are so many new vegan products and communities available now that I got to try them in the USA plus in Brazil!

Are you switching from a vegetarian diet to a vegan diet?

If you said YES, so you can see all the lessons being taught in so many new pages online.

To New Vegans:

  • 1st try the many recipes you've found under Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and all. You will find your favorites!
  • 2nd slowly add the new ingredients you need for your specific diet. Remember that as we teach on the Functional Veganism Guide, each body and personality need an unique diet. Not all recipes are for all people! Athletes need more protein. Computer brainy workers need more brain feeding foods, etc.
  • Now let’s start criticizing vegan products and stick to the quality and nutritional ones.

When veganism wasn't a popular word yet, I would go to the market and find nothing vegan... but now, the amount of crappy foods are also huge! Learn to read the food labels, their sugar keywords and content, and make sure to avoid buying the over processed ones.

While being vegan has also became a hot celebrity topic in the USA, celebrities in other countries are also getting started to gain attention under it all. They actually centered the green foods now in their plates hoping it will bring them more money as well as more fans! lol

The cooking chefs being hired at restaurants, franchises and hotels are also helping add vegan options, but not 100% yet.

Let’s motivate them by asking "What vegan options do you guys offer here at this restaurant?" (And let us know what they say.)
