Broccoli is super rich in vitamin C and is also a good source of zinc. Because of this, it’s a great immune system booster!

Researchers found that broccoli also regulates the immune system with a flavonoid called “kaempferol.” This substance can decrease the effects of allergy related substances in the body, and help you control unnecessary inflammation!
