Been Vegan My Whole Life, Worldwide

My name is Ursula Escher. I've been a vegan my whole life, and there's one thing I know for sure there can be many challenges on a vegan diet, especially if you live a high performance lifestyle (professionals, moms, athletes, most people in modern society, etc... you know who you are).

But it's nothing we can't figure out, right? I have to admit, it took me many years to get it right, and it wasn't easy. Eating a vegan diet means that we have to be extra careful about getting certain nutrients including B12, Iron, Zinc, and Vitamin D. These are just the basics, and there are many other things we can do to optimize our diet.

Many people start eating vegan later in life, so their bodies already have higher levels of these nutrients to work with. I didn't have this luxury, so I had to pay extra attention to my diet. Being a high performance person didn't help either. My health was quite an ordeal in the past, but figuring out how to overcome these obstacles left me with a wealth of practical knowledge.

Because of this, I decided to write my very 1st vegan book. I want to share the many things I've learned over the years (the hard way), and see how they can help you! You can learn more about the VSG at: amazon.com/gp/product/1480229024
