Have you ever tried a 12 course tasting menu
inspired by the world’s leading kitchens?
Get ready to discover Heirloom, a beautiful
fine dining restaurant where you can order
all vegan as well. Just let the chef know
of your diet preferences in advance.
Utilizing local ingredients, the chef will
prepare unique and creative meals that will
feed your body and soul. As a sneak peek
here is a look at the front page of the menu
I received, which changes daily.
The chef works year-round to preserve ingredients
in their purest form, and thus offering highly
nutritious dishes. You will see the bright
flavor of blueberries in December, tomato
soup in February, okra seed couscous in January,
and carrots in August.
Loved the warm beet soup and the vegan strawberry
chocolate cake.
I must say this is one of the best Whole
Foods Market I've been to, ever. The food
bar had many vegan options, plus you will
see a variety of vegan pizzas and vegan sandwiches.
There is also vegan cornbread, which I tried
and loved it. And for dessert, you can grab
some chocolate or chocolate coffee vegan cake
for about $2 dollars.
After going there a few times I noticed the
food bar offers consistent options, and they
are delicious. The vegan soups are great as
well!
Let's
drive to Raleigh for Brunch
After a great
time in Charlotte, I drove 2h 30min to Raleigh
to check out this vegan restaurant and loved

It was Saturday when they

tried...
Funday Quiche: Choose vegan
or vegetarian; seasonal vegetables baked in
vegan tofu or an egg custard inside a homemade
crust. Served with root vegetable hash and
fruit. (Vegan, opt Gluten Free)
Fried "Chicken"
and Waffle: Marinated, herb
seasoned, dredged and fried mock chicken,
served on a Belgian style waffle, topped with
arugula salad and agave. (Vegan)
