Mango, Turmeric and Ginger Smoothie (vegan)

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 1/2 mango, peeled, seeded and diced
    200 ml oat milk or almond milk
  • 70 g tofu
  • 1 tablespoon omega-3 oil of your choice, like flax
  • 1-2 cm of fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • some black pepper

Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Mix as long as necessary, as short as possible. Fill in a glass, enjoy.
