Dr. Budwig's Apple-Banana Yogurt with Oatmeal

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 small banana
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Omega-3 oil of your choice, like flax oil
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon fresh shredded nuts and fruit flakes mix (create a mix with nuts such as yellow and brown flax seeds, sunflower seeds, wheat germ and tiger nuts, plus pomegranate and apple flakes)
  • 50 g oatmeal
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Preparation:
The apple and the banana dice. The yogurt, omega-3 oil and maple syrup mix. The fruit is layered. Mix oatmeal and nuts. Apply to apple-banana yogurt.
