and Apple Raw Food (vegan)
Ingredients
for 2 servings:
- 6
carrots
- 2
apples
- 2
tablespoons omega-3 oil
of your choice
- Juice
of 1 lemon
- 1
tablespoon freshly ground
hazelnuts
Preparation:
Grate carrots and apples coarsely.
Mix with lemon juice, omega-3 oil
and hazelnuts. Let flavors melt shortly
and enjoy.
