Basil
Pesto (vegan)
Ingredients
for 2 portions:
- 1
bunch fresh basil
- 80
g cashew nuts, unroasted
and unsalted
- 1
clove of garlic
- 100
ml olive oil (extra virgin)
- 50
ml omega-3 DHA with lemon
- Rock
salt and pepper from the
mill
Preparation:
Wash the basil, dry well (best spin
dry), coarsely chop and add to the
D Omega-3 DHA lemon oil and the remaining
ingredients in a large vessel.
Finely chop all in the blender. Season
with salt and pepper, let soak for
a few minutes and serve with fresh
pasta or vegetables.
Tips:
Keep remaining pesto a few days in
the refrigerator.
