Basil Pesto (vegan)

Ingredients for 2 portions:

  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 80 g cashew nuts, unroasted and unsalted
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 100 ml olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 50 ml omega-3 DHA with lemon
  • Rock salt and pepper from the mill

Preparation:
Wash the basil, dry well (best spin dry), coarsely chop and add to the D Omega-3 DHA lemon oil and the remaining ingredients in a large vessel.
Finely chop all in the blender. Season with salt and pepper, let soak for a few minutes and serve with fresh pasta or vegetables.

Tips:
Keep remaining pesto a few days in the refrigerator.
