Quark/Flax
Seed Oil as a Spread with Herb-Cheese

g Quark or Cottage Cheese
- 2
tblsp Milk
- 3
tblsp Flax Seed Oil
- 2
tblsp grated Herb Cheese
Blend
the Quark, Flax See Oil and Milk into a thick
paste using an immersion blender and put into
a small bowl. Ass 2 tablespoons of grated
herb cheese and let the mixture stand for
1/2 hour. This is delicious with potatoes
or as a spread. The goat-cheese Geska is highly
suitable.
