Onion
Salad with Green Beans
Ingredients
for 2-3 servings:
- 250
g onions
- 250g
green beans
- 4
tablespoons omega-3 oil
of your choice, like flax oil
- 6
tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/2
teaspoon honey
- 1
teaspoon savory
- salt
- pepper
from
the grinder
- soy
sauce
Preparation:
Cut the onions coarsely into strips
and cook them in water with honey.
The onions are translucent blank -
not too soft cook!
The
green beans are cooked separately
in a steamer or cooked with a little
water. Drain onions and beans in a
colander. Mix omega-3 oil, vinegar,
savory, salt, pepper, soy sauce into
a sauce and mix with the onions and
beans.
Tips:
A piquant note taste is achieved by
the addition of 2 tablespoons of dried
tomatoes in strip cut.
