Breakfast Pudding
Ingredients
for 1 serving:
- 2
tablespoons fresh and gently
crushed flaxseeds
- 1
tablespoon oatmeal, buckwheat,
quinoa, etc.
- 1
banana
4-5 heaped tablespoons lowfat
quark cheese
- 1
tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1-2
tablespoons Dr. Budwig Omega-3
oil of your choice
- Fruits,
nuts, etc, for garnish
Preparation:
Simple! Pulsate the flaxseeds and
oatmeal in a blender. Now all the
other ingredients to give and process
to a paste. Garnish with fruit and
nuts of your choice.
