Omega-3 Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 2 tablespoons fresh and gently crushed flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal, buckwheat, quinoa, etc.
  • 1 banana
    4-5 heaped tablespoons lowfat quark cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons Dr. Budwig Omega-3 oil of your choice
  • Fruits, nuts, etc, for garnish

Preparation:
Simple! Pulsate the flaxseeds and oatmeal in a blender. Now all the other ingredients to give and process to a paste. Garnish with fruit and nuts of your choice.
