Mango,
Turmeric and Ginger Smoothie (vegan)
Ingredients
for 1 serving:
- 1/2
mango, peeled,
seeded and diced
200 ml oat milk
or almond milk
- 70
g tofu
- 1
tablespoon omega-3 oil of
your choice, like flax
- 1-2
cm of fresh ginger
- 1
tsp turmeric
- 2
tablespoons lime juice
- 1
tablespoon agave nectar
- some
black pepper
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Mix as long as necessary, as short
as possible. Fill in a glass, enjoy.
