Lentil
Soup (vegan)
Ingredients
for 4 portions:
- 250
g lentils
- 2
medium potatoes
- 1
leek
- 1
pinch red pepper
- 125
g Dr.
Budwig's Oleolux
- possibly
some paprika
- marjoram
- Balsamic
vinegar
Preparation:
Wash the lentils and soak for half
a day. Then place, boil in cold water
and cook over low heat. Wash the potatoes,
peel, dice and add; as well as the
chopped leeks. Finally season with
Dr. Budwig's Oleolux, paprika, pepper,
marjoram and balsamic vinegar.
