Lemon
Vinaigrette (vegan)
Ingredients
for 2 servings:
- 2
tablespoons omega-3 DHA
linseed oil with lemon
- 1
finely chopped garlic clove
- 1
teaspoon medium hot mustard
- Juice
of 1 lemon
- rock
salt
- freshly
ground pepper
- chopped
herbs
as desired
Preparation:
Mix so that connecting the omega-3
DHA with lemon first with the garlic,
the sulfur-containing amino acids
from the garlic with the fatty acids
of the omega-3 oil. Then add the mustard
and lemon juice.
Season
now with salt, pepper and herbs. Pour
the vinaigrette over the fresh salad
at the right amount.
Tips:
Taste the vinaigrette with a little
maple syrup.
