Lemon Vinaigrette (vegan)

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tablespoons omega-3 DHA linseed oil with lemon
  • 1 finely chopped garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon medium hot mustard
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • rock salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • chopped herbs as desired

Preparation:
Mix so that connecting the omega-3 DHA with lemon first with the garlic, the sulfur-containing amino acids from the garlic with the fatty acids of the omega-3 oil. Then add the mustard and lemon juice.

Season now with salt, pepper and herbs. Pour the vinaigrette over the fresh salad at the right amount.

Tips:
Taste the vinaigrette with a little maple syrup.
