Ingredients
for 4 portions:
- 1-2
carrots in pieces
- 1
apple, seeded and
quartered
- 1
orange, peeled
and quartered
- 1
banana, peeled
and sliced
- 20
g oatmeal
- 1
liter of orange juice
- 4
tablespoons omega-3 oil
of your choice
Preparation:
First, puree the carrot and the fruits.
Subsequently, the oatmeal and orange
juice admit and puree again. Pour
into glasses and add 1 tablespoon
omega-3 oil per glass and stir vigorously.
