Fitness Drink (vegan)

Ingredients for 4 portions:

  • 1-2 carrots in pieces
  • 1 apple, seeded and quartered
  • 1 orange, peeled and quartered
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 20 g oatmeal
  • 1 liter of orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons omega-3 oil of your choice

First, puree the carrot and the fruits. Subsequently, the oatmeal and orange juice admit and puree again. Pour into glasses and add 1 tablespoon omega-3 oil per glass and stir vigorously.
