Ingredients
for 1 portion:
- 80
g mixed berries
- 1
grapefruit
- 1
orange
- 1
tablespoon lemon juice
- 2
teaspoons acacia honey or
agave nectar
- 375
ml milk (or oat
milk, or soymilk)
- 2
teaspoons oat bran
- 1
tablespoon omega-3 oil of
your choice, like flax oil
Preparation:
Peel, chop the orange and grapefruit
and add together with the berries
in the blender. Mix the lemon juice,
honey, milk, oat bran and omega-3
oil. Serve in tall glasses.
