Budwig's Apple-Banana Yogurt with
Oatmeal
Ingredients

g natural yogurt

tablespoon Omega-3 oil of
your choice, like flax oil

tablespoon 1
tablespoon
fresh shredded nuts and
fruit flakes mix (create
a mix with nuts such as yellow and
brown flax seeds, sunflower seeds,
wheat germ and tiger nuts, plus
pomegranate and apple flakes)
- 50
g oatmeal
- 1
tsp maple syrup
Preparation:
The apple and the banana dice. The
yogurt, omega-3 oil and maple syrup
mix. The fruit is layered. Mix oatmeal
and nuts. Apply to apple-banana yogurt.
