Flaxseed
Oil and Cheese improves and heals declining
vision
This
is an email from Dr. Verma, who resides in
India. He tells the story about his son-in-law's
search for an answer to his eye problem. With
his permission I'm posting his email below.
I also want to note that I'm glad he continued
to persuade his son-in-law to try the Budwig
Diet. I know how hard it can be sometimes
to "convince" patients about natural healing.
If you have a story to share please don't
hesitate to email us as well. We'd love to
hear from you.

My daughter
Aishvarya & son-in-law Samit both
are senior software Engineers working and
living in Bangalore, India. They were a very
happy and ideal couple. Then nearly 2 years
ago the vision of one of Samit's eyes started
to decline very fast. After 3 or 4 months
the vision of the second eye also started
to decline. Meanwhile we consulted all
the best cornea specialists in India,
as well as in USA and Hong Kong. Nobody could
diagnose the actual problem. They all
diagnosed something like an autoimmune problem,
and they could not do anything to help. At
this point his vision was almost gone. He
was hardly able to count fingers from very
close.
Then I decided
to try Dr. Budwig's Diet. It would not harm
to try I thought. But it took at least 6-8
months to make him agree to try Dr. Budwig's
Diet. After he agreed the results were really
mind blowing. Now he is able to read big
letters, distinguish colors, etc. I know he
will continue to improve now. All because
of Flaxseed oil and cottage cheese.

Here are also
some tips from Dr. Verma on adding Flax Seeds
to Indian recipes:
Ways
to include flax seed and flax oil in home
cooking:
1.
Sprinkle ground flax seed on your curd, cereals
and salads.
2.
Ground flax seed can be added to the whole
wheat flour for making chapattis, baati, paratha
or baflas.
3.
Flax seed can be added while grinding for
idly or dosa.
